When we were in Seoul during our tour in South Korea (2003) we were invited to a gourmet dinner. Between the courses a soup was served which was almost neutral in taste so that the taste of the previous meal was neutralized in the mouth and on the tongue. The aroma of the following course therefore could develop entirely.
“PRÈSOTAL” is to fulfill this task for our ears as well.
