FANTASIA IN D & FANTASIA IN

by Henry Purcell [1659-1695]

arranged by IzP [2000]

As our phase of experimentation took on a more concrete nature in the late 'ninetees and first public concerts were planned, we started to translate our experience of connecting accodion and electric bass to old music. Purcell was one of the old masters whose music for consort proved to be optimal (ideal) to put the polyphonic possibilities of our new sound-apparatus to the test.
